ICE and USCIS Renew Contracts with Paperless for Actus Purchase Card Management
Paperless Innovations, a leader in trusted digital payment solutions, today announced that both U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) have renewed their contracts for the Actus purchase card management solution. These renewals reaffirm the value of Actus in streamlining procurement and enhancing payment compliance within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
As part of the continued partnership, ICE has also approved Actus for integration with its upcoming SAP Financial Management System Modernization. This key development will further embed Actus into the agency’s core financial operations, creating a more unified and efficient system for managing purchase card transactions from sourcing through reconciliation.
“The decision by ICE and USCIS to renew their contracts is a testament to the trust and confidence they have in Actus to secure and simplify their procurement processes,” said Michael Smith, CEO of Paperless Innovations. “The approval for SAP integration with ICE is particularly significant. It showcases our commitment to evolving with our clients’ needs and supporting their large-scale modernization efforts, ensuring our platform delivers lasting value and efficiency.”
These renewals build on Paperless Innovations’ expanding presence within DHS. The recent contract award from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) to adopt Actus underscores a growing departmental shift towards automated, transparent, and auditable financial management solutions.
The Actus platform provides a secure, cloud-based environment that automates complex workflows, reduces administrative burdens, and minimizes the risk of improper payments. By providing real-time oversight and control, Actus empowers federal agencies to maintain strict compliance while focusing resources on their primary missions.
